Before you respond to a company-data ad
A buyer or licensee signs for the agreed use of your records and pays under that agreement. An introducer connects you with that buyer. A preparation service may do additional work. Ask which role each company plays and who pays it.
Monday Town helps you understand the opportunity and find a suitable buyer for your industry and records. The buyer pays us separately; our compensation is not taken out of your offer.
Some buyers include export, filtering and de-identification. Before paying another company a percentage, ask what additional work it provides. A 20% fee on $100,000 is $20,000.
Old archives or missing documentation may need specialist recovery or reconstruction. Our guidance stays free. We help you understand any separate scope and fair costs before you decide.
Before agreed records reach AI developers, names, phone numbers, email addresses and other identifying details are removed or transformed. You review which records are included and the privacy terms before sharing.
