Your business data could be worth $100,000–$5 million+.
AI labs are buying records of everyday business activity to train AI on real tasks and repeatable processes. Emails, team conversations, support tickets, CRM activity, project files and process documents can show how your business gets work done.
$100,000–$5 million+ is a potential deal range, subject to buyer review. You get paid when we find a buyer and your deal closes.
Your privacy comes first
Before agreed records reach AI developers, names, phone numbers, email addresses and other identifying details are removed or transformed. You review which records are included and the privacy terms before sharing.
Sold or closed your business? Your records may still have value if you retain them and have the right to license them.
We’re your business data consultancy.
We connect your business directly with the data broker who signs the agreement and pays your business.

Before giving up 10%–40% of your offer, ask what additional work you’re paying for.
An illustrative fee question, not a claim about what every middleman charges.
Data brokers pay our referral compensation separately. Our guidance costs you nothing, and we take no percentage of your offer.
Ask what preparation the buyer includes; substantial recovery or reconstruction may be a separate service.
Are your records ready?
Ready for buyer review, or in need of cleanup?
Monday Town helps you reach a suitable buyer and understand the process. You do not have to choose between getting our help and speaking with the buyer.
Organized and accessible records
Start with a conversation. We help you check the fit, understand the buyer’s included preparation and arrange an introduction with your permission. You do not need to buy an extra service just to ask about your records.
Old, scattered or incomplete records
A closed business or messy archive may still be worth reviewing. We help identify what exists, what can be recovered and whether specialist organization or reconstruction is needed. Our guidance is free; any separate specialist costs are explained before you decide.
Keep control of the decision
Questions before connections.
We explain the steps, privacy questions and buyer requirements in plain language. When you are ready, we help arrange a meeting directly with a suitable data buyer. You choose whether to proceed before any records are shared.
Describe first
A high-level inventory is enough for an initial discussion. Keep source records and sensitive material out of the inquiry.
Confirm your authority
Check the proposed rights against your contracts, permissions and applicable obligations with appropriate advisers.
Read the actual agreement
Define systems, dates, allowed uses, access, fees, payment, exclusivity and ongoing obligations before a transfer.

How is Monday Town paid?
The buyer pays us. We charge you no consulting fee, and if your records need preparation, we explain any separate costs before you decide.
What might be useful?
Records that show how work happened: a completed project, a documented decision, an exception and its outcome. Email, documents, support systems and operational tools can hold that history. A list of customer names is not the point.
Does clean data guarantee acceptance?
No. Organization is one factor. Buyer demand, rights, history, record quality and the specific program’s criteria still determine whether a transaction can proceed.
What work might a buyer already include?
A direct buyer route may include export, filtering, de-identification and delivery of an agreed copy. We help you distinguish work already included from substantial reconstruction or preparation that needs a separate scope.
When would a service fee make sense?
When you need clearly described work a buyer does not already include. Ask who does it, what you receive, what the fee applies to and whether it continues on future payments. Get a clear scope and fair costs in writing before deciding.
Can a small, sold or closed business explore this?
Possibly, depending on the buyer and records. Check who owns the records and can authorize their use, especially after a sale or closure. Buyer size requirements vary. Ask for review rather than treating a general advertisement as acceptance.
Do I have to upload records to find out?
No records, passwords or account connections are needed for our readiness questionnaire. Start with a general inventory. Any later access needs its own agreed scope, authority and written terms.
What happens to our original records?
The agreement should define the copy, permitted uses, access, exclusivity, retention and deletion. Confirm those terms before signing. Our checklist helps you identify the questions; the provider’s actual agreement governs.
Is the value estimator a buyer offer?
No. It shows observed public calculator examples for clearly described profiles. Your records, rights, quality, history and current buyer demand determine whether a real offer is possible. Our separate inventory helps you describe the records you have.
Prefer to look around first?
Check what records you have
Build an optional inventory of systems, history, access and rights questions. No email or upload required. This is separate from an estimate.
We explain the opportunity, help you understand the buyer’s process and connect you with a suitable buyer when you are ready. Our guidance is free, with no obligation.
