Monday Town, CommonCare, and the broker have distinct roles in onboarding, employer support, and employee enrollment.
Employer relationship and administration
Monday Town is the employer’s plan manager and ongoing relationship contact. CommonCare provides the administration platform. Monday Town coordinates onboarding and the transition, and works with CommonCare when an issue needs attention.
Employee enrollment
The broker reaches out to employees and handles enrollment. During a move to a plan, Monday Town coordinates the broker handoff with CommonCare.
